 The free affirmation MP3s were created out of frustration at the commercially available Affirmation CDs. All of the affirmation CDs I purchased had electronic or computer generated music which really detracted from the power of the affirmations I was listening to.
The free affirmation MP3s available for download have a real instrument backing (double bass) played by a real musician (myself).
These free MP3s were produced by "The Bass and I". To download right click and "save target as" or for Mac users "control click".

For best results use the affirmations on a daily basis. I suggest listening to them twice in a row. The first time really listen and repeat the affirmations and try to believe and feel that they are true. The second time just let them wash over you without really paying much attention to the content.
